Building upon the foundational knowledge gained in the beginner phase, intermediate yoga invites practitioners to refine their practice, both physically and mentally.  this level offering insights into advanced poses, breath work, and mindfulness techniques.

1. How to practice asanas in intermediate level:-

Challenge your balance for: some typical asanas like Tree pose (vriksha asana), warrior pose (veerbhadra asana), Ustra asana, Dhanur asana, Chakra Asana, Sheersh asana, Bakaa asana etc. 

Explore Inversions: Head stand (Sheersh asana) and Shoulder stand (Sarvanga asana) types of asana gradually introduced inversions under the guidance of experience instructor to build flexibility and strength.

Master Intermediate Arm Balance asanas:-

  • Crow pose (Bakaa asana): Develop  arm and core strength while balancing on your hands.
